On October 23rd, the Party Committee Publicity Department Branch and the Physics (Teacher Education) Class 2303 of the College of Physics and Electrical Engineering conducted a paired exchange activity at Jinghu Academy. The event was attended by Wang Yuzhong, Secretary of the Party Committee Publicity Department Branch and Deputy Director of the Party Committee Publicity Department, Gu Yuting, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Dean of the College of Physics and Electrical Engineering, counselor Yang Weiwei, and the students of Physics (Teacher Education) Class 2303. The event was hosted by Gu Yuting.

During the exchange meeting, Zhang Yuanyi, the class's Youth League Branch Secretary, reported on the achievements made by the class in the previous academic year in areas such as ideological guidance, academic atmosphere building, scientific research competitions, and social practice. He expressed that all the students in the class will continue to uphold the spirit of pioneering and innovation, strengthen the construction of a positive class atmosphere, and strive for greater progress and better results, aiming to grow into new-era individuals capable of shouldering the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.

Secretary Wang Yuzhong fully recognized the achievements of the class and also pointed out the existing shortcomings. He encouraged the students to face challenges with a more vibrant spirit and a more ambitious attitude, striving to reach new heights. Secretary Wang interacted with the students, understanding their situations in terms of ideology, studies, life, and development, and provided patient and detailed guidance on specific issues.

Finally, Secretary Wang Yuzhong shared three expectations for the students based on his personal experiences:

  1. To study professional knowledge without fear of difficulties, listen attentively, and put effort into every class.

  2. To not only build a solid foundation but also enhance comprehensive qualities, focusing on research competitions and the English Band 6 exam, and actively participating in volunteer services and other activities.

  3. To set clear goals and focus on the present, persistently putting those goals into action.

This paired exchange activity, guided by party building, reached out to the student community, demonstrating the care and concern of the school's administrative departments for the students. It strengthened the connection and communication between teachers and students and played a significant role in promoting students' ideological and political education and fostering the growth and development of young students.
